SJR and Brita are serving up some vegan crab cakes, broccoli coleslaw, and homemade tartar sauce! Can't wait to try? Here are the ingredients for this week's delicious dish:
Crab Cakes:
2 cans of hearts of palms (drained)
1 can garbanzo beans (drain but save juice)
1/4 cup vegenaise
1 teaspoon liquid aminos
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grain mustard
1 teaspoon fresh dill
2 tablespoons Nori komi furikake seasoning
1 tablespoon old bay
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder (chopped parsley blend)
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
Coleslaw:
1 Bag of broccoli slaw
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped granny smith apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegenaise
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup vegenaise
2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup
1 teaspoon grain mustard
2 tablespoons sweet relish
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
