In this episode, SJR starts us off with a moment of truth about her journey to her goal weight. Let’s just say the number on the scale is holding on “the way Rose held on to that board when the titanic sank”. From here things went downhill but we made our way back up the hill.  SJR taught us how to embrace our truth, breathe, stretch, shake, let it go.....no wait...that’s Mase, but she did leave us with a valuable lesson of getting comfortable with paying the price to be who we are supposed to be, in other words- Own Your Truth.
