1. Identify a tangible area of growth; what are you capable of doing to accomplish your goal?
2. Understand your why. Who will benefit from you becoming a solution?
3. Set bite-sized S.M.A.R.T. goals to hold yourself accountable (specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, time bound). Remember sis, issa marathon, not a sprint!
